Products & Catalog:

Some products will unfortunately be phased out if their performance in our online store is disappointing. If you are still interested in selling these products, we can discuss this. However, note that this requires a significantly higher MOQ.

The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces. This does not mean 20 pieces per flavor; you may mix and match from our full catalog until the minimum of 20 products in total is reached.

If a product is (temporarily) out of stock, our cosmetic supplier requires a minimum order quantity of 5000 pieces. We must adhere to this for any order.

Yes. If you wish to order more than 10,000+ products, please contact our account managers by filling out the contact form or indicating this on the product pages. You can also submit your full order there.

Yes. With every order, you can indicate whether you are interested in testers. One extra product per ordered flavour will be included, as well as several applicator sets so that you and/or your customers can test the products before purchasing.

Ingredient lists are listed on each product page. If you would like additional information, please feel free to contact our account managers.

Yes. We currently have two options that are ready for shipping: a Counter display that holds 32 products and a Retail display that holds 160 products. Both can be found on this page.

We can certainly accommodate special requests. This includes custom displays or specific modifications to the box. Note that this may involve additional costs.

Ordering & Shipping:

Once you have chosen the products you want to sell in your store and/or website, simply go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout" at the bottom. Then, choose the desired payment method, and you're done! We will send your selection of Honeybalm products, including testers.

Every B2B order is shipped FREE. That means there are no shipping costs, even for an order of 20 pieces. Delivery times depend on the order placed. Large orders that need to be delivered by pallet will take longer due to additional work in fulfillment and customs clearance.

For exact estimates on your order, our account managers are available. This will be communicated by them if you need specific details, even after placing your order.

If one or more products arrive damaged, contact one of our account managers via the contact form or send a direct message to wholesale@honeybalm.com. We can then send you a replacement product, issue a credit note, or provide a partial refund for the damaged products.

If you are not satisfied with Honeybalm, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify one of our account managers. We will ensure that your purchase price is refunded within 3 working days after receiving the return shipment.

Payment & Invoicing:

All invoices are paid in advance via the B2B portal. If you are interested in an order of 10,000+ pieces, we can discuss specific payment terms.

There are no fixed payment terms for large orders of 10,000+. Honeybalm itself follows a payment term of 50% in advance and 50% 30 days after delivery. This helps cover the costs of the order.

If this does not align with your business conditions, we can discuss alternative payment terms. In that case, contact one of our account managers via the contact form or directly at wholesale@honeybalm.com.

The invoice is sent immediately after the order to the email address provided during checkout.

General Questions:

Honeybalm is intended for anyone looking for a natural solution for dry lips. That means we are a great fit for any business that wants to offer this message and service to their customers.

Lip balms from brands like Labello, Blistex, and the commonly known Vaseline contain harmful ingredients such as PFAS and paraffin, which actually dry out your lips more. Honeybalm is made with real, organic ingredients like beeswax, propolis, and vitamin E. This provides your lips with a moisturizing and protective base, straight from nature. Honeybalm keeps your lips soft, hydrated, protected, and beautiful.

In addition to beeswax, propolis, and vitamin E, every Honeybalm product contains coconut oil and aloe vera extracts. You will also find fruit and fragrance extracts that make Honeybalm’s scents so recognizable. Think of strawberry extracts for Honeybalm Strawberry or cocoa extracts for Honeybalm Chocolate.

The Sun Protecting lip balm line from Honeybalm contains extra ingredients that help protect your lips from harmful UV radiation. The SPF level used is SPF 25. The same quality and the same recognizable scentsβ€”nothing has changed there.

All Honeybalm products are produced by a specialized cosmetic supplier in China. They have all the required certifications and extensive experience. In collaboration with our own team of Nutritional Safety Experts in the Netherlands, we ensure that all products are of high quality.

Yes. Every Honeybalm product includes a super handy applicator in the lid. Whether it's regular lip balms, Sun Protecting lip balms, or lip scrubs, each jar includes one!

Yes! We are proud that Honeybalm is 100% cruelty-free. You can read more about this in the article on cruelty-free products.

In general, every Honeybalm lip balm has the same effect. The Sun Protecting line contains extra ingredients that provide additional protection against harmful UV radiation. The SPF level used is SPF 25. The same quality and the same recognizable scents, nothing has changed.

The Honeybalm lip scrubs help remove dead skin cells and lip flakes before using the lip balms. By scrubbing well, you ensure that your lips are as smooth as possible, a perfect base for the Honeybalm lip balms!

Yes, absolutely! Using Honeybalm as a treatment overnight can help to restore and repair your lips while you sleep, giving you beautifully soft and hydrated lips the next morning.

No, we would not recommend using Honeybalm if you have a honey allergy, as most of our flavors contain beeswax and/or propolis. These are two ingredients that come directly from the beekeeper and are therefore not suitable for a honey allergy.

Moreover, we would not recommend the other scents if you have an allergy to the ingredient that the scent is meant to replicate. We use real, natural extracts.

Absolutely! Food safety experts see no reason to advise against it. However, we do not recommend Honeybalm Red Pepper as it contains real red pepper extracts. Children may find this quite intense.
