Shipping and Delivery
Shipping:
- Orders over 200 balms may take longer
- Large orders shipped by pallet will take up to 4 weeks door-to-door
- Any custom-made adjustments will add extra production times to the order, increasing the total lead time further
On average, orders will be shipped in 24-48 hours. The shipping time starts after your order has been shipped out.
When you place an order on the website, we start packing the products. Before the products are packed, we carry out a standard quality check to make sure you don't receive defective, damaged or undersized products.
Normally, your order is dispatched within 24 hours. Customers with address errors in their shipping details will be notified as soon as possible so that we can process and ship the order as soon as possible. We encourage all customers to check their shipping and billing information carefully before placing an order to avoid possible delays. Please check your email regularly for up-to-date shipping information.
We ship Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. In case of delays, we will keep you informed via e-mail and reimburse any damage.
Your parcel may require a signature. Most parcels are delivered to the letterbox or to the front door of the address provided, but it is up to the deliverer to decide whether it is safe to leave the parcel outside. If he considers it unsafe, he will keep the parcel at a nearby post office or send it at another time. It is best to provide a delivery address where you know you or someone else can receive the parcel (for example, your work address or a friend's address).
